ABOUT the Program

The Training of Trainers (TOT) model is designed to enlist the PTC faculty in coaching new clinical trainers with the intention of the trainees onboarding as PTC faculty members at the conclusion of the course.

The TOT program has significant impact on increasing capacity to train peer clinicians. Trainees have the opportunity to serve as mentors and role models for clinicians entering the program in future cycles.
